We offer four sizes of storage units / storage containers: 8’x8’, 8’x10’, 8’x20’ and 8’x40’. Our goal is to make self storage simple for our customer and to truly be your storage solutions. We service residential and commercial needs on a short-term or long-term basis.
Our staff have been with us for over a decade and are professional and knowledgeable. They’ve seen families come and go and then come back again. Our public storage facility is secure. The self storage facility is self-contained which means that only authorized persons can gain access. We have consulted with industry professionals to create a secure, public storage facility and we are constantly looking at ways to improve and build on having such a secure, public storage facility.
We work hard to make sure our public storage facility and your belongings are secure. How do we ensure that your storage unit / storage container is secure? We have digital surveillance and controlled gate access. We also require you to secure your own storage unit / storage container with a lock which you keep the key for.
Our facility is also lit with high-efficiency LED lights, ensuring that if your move runs late or you need to access your unit after the sun has gone down, that you have a clear line of sight.
Storage Solutions is an entirely “drive-up” public storage facility. This means that all of our storage units / storage containers are on the ground level and you won’t have to transfer your belongings into an elevator and down a hallway – which is physically hard and can cost you more in moving costs.
We also have wide aisles so large trucks are not restricted in their movements. It’s nice to have extra space for the truck ramp and not worry about moving heavy boxes further than you have to.
At Storage Solutions, you have 24 hour access, 7 days a week to your rental storage unit / storage container. You also do not pay to access your storage unit / storage container. Your monthly rental entitles you to 24/7 access on your own schedule.
Why is 24/7 access good for you? Well, there are a lot of occasions where you’ll want immediate access to your things. For example, you want to put up your Christmas decorations and finally have a spare night to do it – it would be a problem if you needed to book a time or wait for normal office hours. Also, the 24/7 access means less stress if you’re moving with a mover – movers can run behind and you don’t want to have to coordinate times at your self storage facility.
For business customers, 24/7 access is essential. Early morning visits to the storage unit / storage facility to grab some samples for a customer before a sales call, late night visits to store the company’s booth from the trade show – whatever it is, it’s easier if you can get in anytime you want.
Storage Solutions sees it all! We have video cameras throughout our entire self storage facility, not just the entrance. Our cameras digitally record the activity at our public self storage facility so we know who has been in and out. Our staff also has access to video footage at all times, so don’t be surprised when we mention that we saw you in last night at 10 p.m. It’s just part of us doing our job and keeping a watchful eye on our secure, public storage facility.

We recently upgraded our entire lighting system to high-efficiency LED lights. Our yard is brighter, more secure and this upgrade has allowed us to reduce our carbon footprint. We’ve received really positive feedback from our customers on how bright and secure our facility feels after dark.
Our facility is very clean. We do not allow food or anything that would attract vermin to our location and because our storage units / storage containers are all fully enclosed in steel and air-tight, we don’t have the pest problems that come with typical storage facilities. We have never treated our facility for pests and rodents and have not needed to – our attitude is to stay away from harsh poisons that could affect our customers’ belongings by making sure there’s never a need!
We are located in the hamlet of Campbellville in Milton, at Guelph Line and Hwy 401. Because we are just off the highway, our customers have easy access to our facility while out during the day or night.
