About Us
Storage Solutions operates two self-storage facilities, located in Milton, Ontario and Woodstock, Ontario. Milton, is located in Halton Region just north of Burlington and Oakville, to the west of Mississauga and south-east of Guelph. Woodstock is located in Oxford County, to the east of London along the 401 and 403 corridors. Storage Solutions is a member of the Canadian Self Storage Association, the Milton Chamber of Commerce and the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce.

All Storage Solutions locations are secure, self-storage facilities that have been in business since 1997. Our secure, self-storage facilities serve both business and residential self-storage needs and offer flexible self-storage solutions for customers in Milton, Burlington, Guelph, Mississauga, Oakville, Woodstock, Ingersoll, Tillsonburg and all of Oxford County.
We know that most people looking for self-storage are in a transition phase – both their business is growing and they need temporary warehouse space, or they are moving and closing times didn’t match up perfectly. Sometimes it might be that a customer is going on an extended trip. No matter what the reason, at Storage Solutions, we listen to your needs and find ways to provide you with a self-storage solution.
We offer four sizes of storage units / storage containers: 8’x8’, 8’x10’, 8’x20’ and 8’x40’ at our Milton location, and many more size options at our Woodstock location ranging from 5’x7’ to 10’x20’ for indoor heated controlled storage and 8’x20’ for drive up outdoor storage.
Our goal is to make self-storage simple for our customer and to truly be your storage solution. We service residential and commercial needs on a short-term or long-term basis.
Our staff have been with us for over two decades and are professional and knowledgeable. They’ve seen families come and go and then come back again. Our largest generator of new business is word-of-mouth, which Storage Solutions’ considers to be the highest of praise. SECURE STORAGE
Our self-storage facilities are secure. Our self-storage facilities are self-contained which means that only authorized persons can gain access. We have consulted with industry professionals to create secure, self-storage facilities and we are constantly looking at ways to improve and build on having such secure, self-storage facilities.
We work hard to make sure our self-storage facilities and your belongings are secure. How do we ensure that your storage unit / storage container is secure? We have digital surveillance and controlled gate access. We also require you to secure your own storage unit / storage container with a lock which you keep the key for.
Our facilities are also lit with high-efficiency LED lights, ensuring that if your move runs late or you need to access your unit after the sun has gone down, that you have a clear line of sight.
DRIVE UP ACCESS
Our outdoor units are entirely “drive-up”. This means that these storage units / storage containers are on the ground level and you won’t have to transfer your belongings into an elevator – which is physically hard and can cost you more in moving costs. Storage Solutions’ indoor storage units are all on the ground floor, so you won’t have to transfer belongings through an elevator here either.
We also have wide aisles so large trucks are not restricted in their movements throughout the yards and up to the building. It’s nice to have extra space for the truck ramp and not worry about moving heavy boxes further than you have to.
LONG ACCESS HOURS
At Storage Solutions, your monthly rental entitles you to long access hours to outdoor storage and indoor storage units. You also do not pay to access your storage unit or storage container.
Why is long access hours good for you? Well, there are a lot of occasions where you’ll want immediate access to your things. For example, you want to put up your Christmas decorations and finally have a spare night to do it – it would be a problem if you needed to book a time or wait for normal office hours. Also, long access hours means less stress if you’re moving with a mover – movers can run behind and you don’t want to have to coordinate times at your self storage facility.
For business customers, accessibility is essential. Early morning visits to the storage unit or storage facility to grab some samples for a customer before a sales call, late night visits to store the company’s booth from the trade show – whatever it is, it’s easier when you have long access hours.
HEATED STORAGE
We offer a wide variety of sizes of indoor heated / temperature controlled storage units at our Woodstock self-storage facility. Heated storage is perfect for storing items that hold high monetary or sentimental value or that need more regulated temperatures to preserve their current state like delicate photographs, comics, collector cards, antiques, vinyl records and more. DIGITAL VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Storage Solutions sees it all! We have video cameras throughout our entire self storage facility, not just the entrance. Our cameras digitally record the activity at our self storage facilities so we know who has been in and out. Our staff also has access to video footage at all times, so don’t be surprised when we mention that we saw you in last night at 10 p.m. It’s just part of us doing our job and keeping a watchful eye on our secure, self-storage facility.

MONTHLY RENTAL
Most rental companies try to lock you in for at least a year contract, but that defeats the whole purpose of flexible, self-storage. At Storage Solutions, we offer month-to-month rentals.
What does this mean for you? Well, if you’re a business and you have a big inventory order coming in, you can get a rental storage unit / storage container for a month. Or, if you’re a homeowner who has been storing with Storage Solutions and your house finally sells, you can move all of your “stuff” back home quickly! Month-to-month rental is the ultimate flexibility for the self storage customer.
WELL LIT FACILITY
We use high-efficiency LED lights at all our facilities. Our yards are brighter, more secure and we’ve reduced our carbon footprint on the planet. We receive really positive feedback from our customers on how bright and secure our facilities feel after dark.
CLEAN FACILITY
Our facilities are very clean, and well cared for. We don’t have the pest problems that come with typical storage facilities. This is because we don’t allow food or anything that would attract vermin to our locations. Our facilities also offer shipping containers, which are all fully enclosed in steel and air-tight, making it impossible for pests to invade.
CONVENIENT LOCATION & SCALABLE SELF STORAGE
Storage Solutions Milton is located in the hamlet of Campbellville in Milton, at Guelph Line and Hwy 401 and Storage Solutions Woodstock is located just minutes off of Hwy 401 and Hwy 403 in Woodstock. Because we are just off the highway at both locations, our customers have easy access to our facilities while out during the day or night.

- Call Storage Solutions approximately two weeks before you need self storage to ensure availability and to reserve the right sized rental storage unit / storage container.
- Call your insurance company and let them know you are placing items into self storage. If your insurance company will not provide you with coverage, please let us know so that we can arrange insurance coverage for you.
- Purchase moving and packing supplies and storage supplies such as a good quality lock for your self storage unit / storage container.
- Pack carefully and label everything! Fragile items should be wrapped up, pack boxes with heavy items on the bottom and lighter items on the top, make sure to have furniture covers for furniture, consider getting specialized boxes for your specialized items like dishes, clothes and TVs, disassemble whatever you can for more efficient storage and drain fuel from items.
