Our secure, self-storage facility is located in Milton, Ontario, less than a minute from Highway 401 and Guelph Line, approximately 20 minutes from Burlington.

Different Sizes: Our facility offers four sizes of containers / units for rental: 8’x8’, 8’x10’, 8’x20’ and 8’x40’.
Month-to-Month Rental: We provide a month-to-month rental of the storage containers and units to the public. *Rates are based on 4-week billing cycle.
Secure Facility & Added Peace of Mind: Our self-storage facility also offers a secure location for your belongings protected with digital surveillance and gated access. We require you to secure your rental storage container or self-storage unit with your own lock and key. For added peace of mind, we also provide protection* for a storage unit rental at no extra charge to our storage tenants.
Drive-Up Storage: Storage Solutions is a “drive-up” accessible facility. This means that each storage container / storage unit for rental is on the ground level with easy car or truck access.

Burlington is a city in Southwestern Ontario known for its thriving downtown core and its beautiful natural environment. Burlington is home to Canada’s Largest Ribfest, the Sound of Music Festival and the Art Gallery of Burlington. It is also close to the Niagara Escarpment, where Storage Solutions is located, giving residents access to hiking trails and natural wonders. Storage Solutions has invested in a secure, self-storage facility. Our storage facility has digital video surveillance and we require you to secure your rental storage container / storage unit with your own lock and key. In addition, each rental storage container / storage unit at Storage Solutions is fully enclosed with steel which means nothing gets in – especially vermin and thieves.
Insurance on Goods in a Rental Storage Unit / Storage Container Before you move your belongings into a rental storage unit / storage container, call us. We're your secure, self-storage facility. It is worth emailing or calling your insurance broker to ask: Are my goods in a rental storage unit / storage container covered?
Insurance policies vary widely – some cover everything, others are more limited. Some policies restrict coverage based on how long your goods have been in a rental storage unit / storage container away from your home or business location – even though it’s at a secure, self-storage facility close to Burlington. For example, if you’re renovating and thought your renovations would only take a month, your homeowner’s policy might cover goods stored off-property for up to 30 days, but on day 31, you lose coverage.
